OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped UPS if possible. Orders over 150 pounds will be shipped by LTL common carrier.

Non-domestic orders will be paid by bank wire transfer payable in US funds to Florida Clay Art Company

OUR LOSS CLAIMS POLICY

Florida Clay Art Co will pack these molds to the best of their ability to avoid breakage. Florida Clay Art Co is not respondsible for broken molds in shipment. Claims for loss are to be filed with the shipping company. Carriers should be notified of damage before the order is unpacked. Save the shipping box and materials for inspection by freight company's representive.

OUR DEFECT AND ERRORS POLICY

Manufacturing defects or missing molds must be reported to Florida Clay Art Co within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Defective molds will be inspected by Florida Clay Art Co (by pouring a casting to identify the defect) If no problem is found, the mold will be returned to the buyer. Transportation charges are to paid by customer. If the mold is found to be defective, the mold will be replaced.

Under $100.00 retail, no discount applies
$100.00 - $250.00 retail, 20% discount applies
$250.00 - $500.00 retail, 30% discount applies
$500.00 - $1500.00 retail, 40% discount applies
